The "full" effect



You know, drinking water as you eat really helps fill your stomach so much faster to give you the "full" effect although you're not really there yet.

Hence, for those of you on a slimming regime, why don't you try this?
I just realized this. Today I practically ate so many things and I still feel quite hungry, and I suspect the reason for this was cause I did not drink any water together with my food like I usually do.
