No no no, this is definitely NOT the point of drinking so much water in the morning.
Drank a total of 8 glasses in the last 6 hours but I peed like 4 glasses out... You're supposed to stay inside my body to keep me hydrated, not discharge and leave me waterless! Our body works in essentric ways no?
I'm faced with my very first challenge of Ramadhan, and that's to undergo Adventure Training Camp and Level 1 Kayaking Course whilst I'm fasting itself. We all know how dehydrating such activities are, especially kayaking, hence to be able to withstand it for a day without food and drink would be such an achievement
Not to mention, a good plan for a weight loss routine :)
